Hillari Tischler:  Everyone at the dealership was truly "exceptional". I worked with Becky in Service. She was AWESOME! Service is so important when you purchase a vehicle. San Tan went the extra mile to please me. They even polished the hood of my car and filled up the gas tank. I am very pleased and if the service continues this way, Volkswagon will always be the vehicle of choice. I guess a lot will depend on the prices and how I am treated once the vehicle is no longer under warranty. So far, it's been a great experience.

 

Loretta Remley:  I had been told many other times that the cost for my AC repair would be around $1,000 plus. I wasn't expecting that I could just drop it off in the afternoon and then by early evening I had a call that it was done. Usually I get a call saying that they have found something else wrong and that they wouldn't have it done before closing. This was the best service I've ever had at a car dealership for services on my car. Thank you.

 

Karen Frerre: I was very pleased with my first time at your service department. I compared it with the service received from VW Scottsdale North where automobile was purchased and most all service requirements were completed. I would (will) return again for further service.
